INGREDIENTS
2 cups fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh ripe strawberries
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
PREPARATION:
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
Put them in a food processor and blend them until they are pureed.
Combine the yogurt with the pureed strawberries and the honey.
Add more or less honey according to taste.
Finally, incorporate the chia seeds.
If preferred, it can be chilled in the freezer for 20 minutes before serving.
Note: It can also be prepared with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, pears, bananas, peaches, prunes, kiwis, and/or any combinations of them.
