A healthy and delicious way to motivate kids to enjoy fruits!
INGREDIENTS
5 medium size frozen strawberries
1 medium size banana
1 red plum
1 medium size pear
1 1/2 reduced fat milk
PREPARATION
Cut all the fruits into medium size pieces and place in a blender. Blend until very smooth and all the fruit pieces have been pureed.
Serve in tall glasses and enjoy.
Note: There is no need to add any sugar. The natural sugar contained in these fruits makes it completely delicious!
