4 espresso shots (cold)
1 cup (250cc) heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Finely crushed ice
In a medium bowl, beat the whipping cream with the sugar until it thickens.
Take a tall fancy glass and fill it half way with finely crushed ice.
Pour in the cold coffee, sweeten to taste.
Mix well with the ice.
Top it with a generous tablespoon of whipped cream.
It can either be mixed before serving or left as it is to be done to taste.
