INGREDIENTS 1 egg white 180g sugar 3 tablespoons cold water 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
PREPARATION Put the egg white, the sugar and the cold water in a saucepan. Mix and cook in a double boiler. When the water in the second saucepan has boiled, whip with electric mixer for 7 minutes or until the frosting stands in stiff peaks.
Remove from the heat and add the vanilla essence. Keep whipping until it cools. Add the baking powder and whip a little longer.
